La Biscuiterie Namuroise is positioned as a manufacturer of artisanal and local biscuits, with an artisanal and ORGANIC range. Our biscuits come from recipes dating back to 1908, passed down from the grandfather of one of our founders.

The age of these recipes allows us to create natural products: fresh biscuits, without preservatives and without additives. The project was born from a desire to relaunch entrepreneurship in Namur and to bring back the glory of the biscuits of yesteryear. This spirit of “returning to the original” is deeply rooted in our DNA and in the way we work.

Wishing to make our contribution to the world of biscuits, we want to show that producing in larger quantities does not mean distorting the product — and that craftsmanship can endure, even in the face of industrialisation.

The richness of who we are today comes from the quality of our biscuits and the story they tell when you taste them.

By definition, biscuits are crunchy, generous, and authentic.
